Freight, Delivery and Shipping

This website is only for delivery of products to customers in mainland UK and Northern Ireland addresses. Please contact us prior to purchase for any quotes for delivery to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Orkney, Shetland and Scottish Islands, BFPO addresses, or the Republic of Ireland.

Delivery charges and estimated timescales are specified in our website. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. 21st Century Lifestyle shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.

Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery by us.

Cancellations, Amendments or Changes to your Purchase

You may modify or cancel your purchase at any time prior to the item being packaged for shipment by contacting the 21st Century Lifestyle team directly on queries@21stcenturylifestyle.co.uk or call 0845 8352121.  We will do our utmost to amend your order, where possible, but this may not be possible in all cases.  All goods are subject to availability.

Returns, Cancellations and Substitutions

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee. Some products are however excluded from the guarantee (please ask for details of those not covered).  In the unlikely event that you receive faulty or damaged goods, please refer to our returns and refunds section below.

Sometimes the product specifications from the manufacturer may change, in which case we will do our best to offer you a similar alternative. We may experience problems with the supply of certain products and may therefore supply a substitute of the same or better quality at the same price. If you are not happy with the replacement or substitute you can return it in accordance with our 30-day money back guarantee. Where applicable, you may cancel your order in accordance with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations.

Returns and Refunds

PLEASE NOTE: No returned goods will be accepted without a Customer Return Number.

Most things we sell are covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee, so just return them to us unused, in their original undamaged packaging, in a saleable condition, with your receipt and we’ll give you a refund.  Please note, you will be expected to meet the cost of returning the goods to ourselves in this instance. 

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or defective product from ourselves, we will also refund the cost of returning the item to ourselves.

Our 30-day money-back guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

If you have ordered by telephone or internet, under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a statutory right to cancel your order and receive a full refund for any home delivery item. 

This does not apply to items personalised or made to your specification; audio/video recordings or software that you have unsealed; items that due to their nature cannot be returned; perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers and periodicals/magazines).
